FAQ
No. API credits pay for REST returned rows and delivered WebSocket data messages. Export credits are a separate US-dollar balance applied to Data Catalog file orders. An API credit balance cannot be spent as a dollar export balance.
Read the error before retrying. A rate limit needs retry_after or lower concurrency; insufficient_credits needs a reset or plan change. Limit headers report remaining usage and reset time. Retrying an exhausted monthly balance repeatedly will not create more credits.
Standard replay is 10x on Free, 50x on Build, 100x on Pro and 300x on Scale. Connections/subscriptions are respectively 2/10, 3/500, 5/3,000 and 16/20,000 per connection. REST concurrency is 3, 10, 20 and 20. WebSocket data uses at most 1 credit per message; checkpoint L4/full-depth replay ignores speed. Choose capacity around the delivery model, not a single speed number.
Free includes every applicable ordinary route and schema, but only the most recent rolling 30 days of history and at most a 30-day request or replay span. The live mempool channel is the exception and starts on Pro. Webhook delivery starts on Build; Free has supported estimate/dry-run previews, not live delivery.
Yes. Unused export credits do not expire. Monthly allocations top up the balance up to twice the plan's monthly allowance: Build $100, Pro $600 and Scale $3,000. At the cap, no new allocation is added; an existing balance is not removed.
Each market/schema line uses uncompressed GB times its schema rate, subject to that schema's minimum; the order subtotal is at least $10. The quote lists selected files, UTC dates, rows, size, credits and total before payment. A signed-in quote holds its price for 24 hours.
Export credits reduce the subtotal first. The remaining subtotal receives 10% off from $250 or 20% off from $2,500. The threshold is not based on the pre-credit size of the order.
Open the Data Catalog, select market, eligible schemas and UTC dates, then review the quote and pay the remainder after credits. No API subscription is required. Track generation and download files from the export order in your dashboard.
Monthly and annual Stripe card subscriptions renew until canceled. A one-time card purchase and the USDC/x402 path grant 30 days and do not auto-renew. A Data Catalog export is a separate file purchase, not a recurring API subscription.
Paid access expires after the purchased 30-day period unless you initiate another payment. There is no automatic USDC renewal. Data you downloaded while entitled can be retained and used under the Data License; expiry ends future service access, not ordinary possession of those downloads.
Manage recurring card subscriptions through billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades begin next cycle. One-time 30-day access simply expires. Node peering has a separate cancellation-by-email path.
Open the dashboard's Billing section to manage your plan and use the billing portal for recurring card billing where offered. For an invoice or payment problem you cannot resolve there, contact support with the account and payment reference, not card details or credentials.
Free has docs support, Build email support, and Pro/Scale priority email support. Enterprise support and production terms are negotiated for the workload. A support label is not a response-time guarantee or an automatic SLA.
