0xArchive sells market-data API access and historical Parquet exports. It is not an exchange, wallet, broker, trading venue, DeFi protocol, token issuer, custodian, or investment-advice service.
API plan delivery
API access is delivered through account entitlements, API keys, REST routes, WebSocket routes, SDKs, CLI tooling, MCP surfaces, and related developer documentation after signup, checkout, or plan activation.
Stripe card subscriptions renew until canceled. Build and Pro plan changes use the billing portal where available, and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Data Catalog export delivery
Data Catalog exports are quoted before checkout, then delivered as generated zstd-compressed Parquet files for the selected venue, market, schemas, and UTC date range.
Data Catalog exports require a final quote before payment. The quote shows the historical files, date range, credits applied, and total due before Stripe checkout.
Returns and refunds
Because API access and export files are delivered digitally, completed purchases are not returnable and fees are non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or to correct a verified billing error.
For recurring card subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. USDC/x402 payments are one-time 30-day purchases and do not auto-renew.
