# What 0xArchive does and does not do

0xArchive is operated by Archive Labs Inc., a Delaware corporation. Last updated: June 22, 2026.

## What 0xArchive is

0xArchive is a market-data product. Archive Labs Inc. sells developer API access to live and historical market data and historical Parquet exports for Hyperliquid (core perps, Spot, HIP-3 builder perps, and HIP-4 outcome markets) and Lighter.xyz. Data includes order books, trades, funding rates, open interest, liquidations, and candles.

Our customers are software developers, researchers, and data teams who read market data through our API, SDKs, CLI, and exports.

## What 0xArchive is not

Archive Labs Inc. sells 0xArchive market-data API access and historical Parquet exports. It is not an exchange, wallet, broker, broker-dealer, trading venue, DeFi protocol, token issuer, custodian, or investment-advice service.

In plain terms, 0xArchive is not:

- An exchange or trading venue
- A broker or broker-dealer
- A custodian or wallet (we never hold your funds)
- A token issuer, staking, lending, or DeFi protocol
- An investment-advice, trading-signal, or portfolio service

You cannot buy, sell, swap, hold, custody, or trade any asset through 0xArchive. We do not route or execute orders, and we hold no customer funds or positions.

## We never touch your funds or your orders

0xArchive never asks for seed phrases or private keys and does not custody customer funds.

Optional wallet sign-in only asks you to sign a message that confirms wallet ownership. It cannot move funds, hold assets, place trades, or approve transactions, and we never request seed phrases, private keys, or exchange credentials.

## Not affiliated with the venues we cover

Hyperliquid and Lighter.xyz are third-party venue names used to identify data coverage. 0xArchive is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hyperliquid or Lighter.xyz, and venue references do not imply exchange access, brokerage, custody, or investment advice.

## How we charge

0xArchive charges for market-data API access, dashboard subscriptions, and historical Parquet export delivery. Payment methods only buy access to those data products. They do not create exchange, brokerage, wallet, custody, trading, or investment-advice services.
